EHT is a Stable Consortium of ICT companies founded in 2005 as a joint-stock consortium with the aim of sharing a common heritage to realize high-level ICT projects, requiring large economic and financial capacities. EHT designs and implements digital solutions by compounding the skills and production capacity of ICT SMEs operating in different industries and applications throughout Italy.

A distinctive success factor is the ability to coordinate complex projects, both in terms  of  goals  and  the number of partners involved. EHT has offices all over the country and, while maintaining its status as an Innovative SME, it acts as a Large Enterprise set up according to the Diffuse Digital Factory paradigm. EHT coordinates the implementation of complex projects under the Widespread Digital Factory system. While maintaining its status as an Innovative SME, it acts as a Large Company with widespread production capacity located throughout the national territory.

EHT’s strategy is currently oriented towards the supply of products and services aimed at supporting innovation paths as follows: Health, Cultural Heritage, Energy Management, Mobility, Smart City, E-government for local public administration, Port facility system, Blue growth Economy, Defence and Space.

In the private market EHT offers solutions in the following areas: Management systems (Document, ERP, etc), Smart Building, Smart Factory, Smart Agriculture, Energy Management, Smart Mobility and Data Government.

EHT's business lines are: Procurement and Orders (participation in public and private contracts), Research and Development (conception, design, coordination and execution of major research and development projects) and Training (conception, design and delivery of training courses).

EHT is focused on waterbone scenario's especially in green ports as multimodal hubs for sustainable and smart mobility, oromoting innovation in inland waterway transport, safer waterborne transport and maritime operations, new sensor networks to implement port environmental performance and innovative systems to increase the efficiency of port operations .
